The underlying importance of healthy nutrition has always been evident to me as the most crucial focus of health. A whole food plant-based diet has been scientifically proven over decades to have preventative, healing and reversal effects on cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses. It feels imperative to me to guide others towards a diet that is based on whole food plant-based nutrition.
